About Us

Handcrafted European Oak Flooring with Timeless Reclaimed Character

The floor is crafted from select European oak and made exclusively to order. For each project, we source timber from old buildings or reclaimed oak stocks. The age of the wood can exceed 150 years. These rare and exclusive oak resources create a truly unique, natural floor for genuine admirers of authentic and reclaimed interiors.

Material Expertise

We conduct meticulous sourcing, perform detailed wood assessment, and carefully select every piece of timber.

Authenticity

We preserve the natural structure of the wood and the marks left by history to maintain its authentic character.

Treatment

We treat every plank in a thermal chamber at temperatures around 180 °C (356 °F). The high heat thoroughly purifies the wood and makes its structure strong and long-lasting.

Warmth

The warm tones and the pleasant tactile texture of the wood make your home feel cozy. Barn oak is equally suited to palaces and castles, villas and estates, apartments and houses.

Handcrafted

Every plank is made from carefully chosen European oak, so your floor showcases authentic natural texture and a lived-in sense of history. We produce each floor exclusively to order.

Traditional

Each plank is thermally treated at high temperatures. This treatment makes the floor strong and long‑lasting. It preserves the floor’s pleasant natural appearance and its tactile, natural structure.

Save oak

Your order saves living forests. We use old buildings and reclaimed stock. Our wood can be over 150 years old. We plant one sapling for every your order. You can get a certificate with the geo of your oak.

Traditional techniques

We are not a factory; we are not mass production. Our products do not follow any state standard. The boards may vary in size and in color. Our standard is the standard of history and the standard of tradition. To get a real feel for the product, you can order a flooring sample.

Floor

Health and ecology

Eco-friendly flooring made from solid wood. It contains no glues, formaldehydes, or other harmful substances. Recommended for bedrooms and living areas.

Columns

Antique style

Massive solid oak columns for restaurants and guest houses. They create a relaxed, informal, welcoming atmosphere that invites warm, friendly conversations and lingering moments.

Lamella

Home strength

Suitable for walls and ceilings. It is ideal for creating a sense of homely comfort. It creates a warm family atmosphere and supports strong relationships. We have used thermo-treated lamella in a sauna and shower, and for more than 4 years the lamella has remained unchanged in an aggressive, humid environment.
